2. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer Bank Transfer only.

  • Direct Bank Transfer (EFT): Make payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

Customers must ensure their payment details are correct when making a transaction.

3. Currency

All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
This ensures clarity in pricing and avoids confusion for both customers and the checkout system.

4. VAT and Tax Information

All prices on our website are exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).
VAT will be added at checkout according to South African and Zimbabwean VAT regulations.

5. Payment Security and Data Protection

Your payment information is protected using industry-standard security protocols:

7. Payment Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive:

  2. A payment confirmation email (or EFT clearance confirmation) for Direct Bank Transfers.
  3. A shipping confirmation once your order is processed and dispatched.

Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been fully confirmed.

8. Fraud Prevention & Verification

To ensure safety for both parties:

  • Some orders may require additional verification (ID proof, payment screenshots).
  • Suspicious transactions may be temporarily held for review.
  • This helps prevent fraudulent activity and ensures secure delivery of your order.

9. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation:

  • Direct Bank Transfer: Processing begins once funds have cleared (usually 1–2 business days).
  • Card or Instant EFT: Processing begins immediately after successful payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

10. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails or is declined:

  • Verify all card or banking details.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider if the problem persists.
  • Unpaid orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is successfully received.

11. Refund for Overpayments or Duplicate Transactions

In case of accidental overpayment or duplicate payments:

  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days (Mon – Sat) of verification.

12. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet processed or shipped.
  • After 12 hours, orders are considered processed, and cancellation is no longer possible.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders follow our Refund & Return Policy.

13. Pending Payments

For Direct Bank Transfers:

  • Orders will not be shipped until funds are cleared in our bank account.
  • Pending payments older than 48 hours may be automatically cancelled if payment is not received.

14. Chargebacks & Disputes

In case of disputes or chargebacks:

  • We will communicate with both the customer and the payment provider to resolve the issue fairly.
  • Chargeback abuse may result in account review or restricted purchases.
